About us

Our story

Basicware was founded on a simple observation: the AI landscape was moving fast, but most businesses were being left behind — not because they lacked ambition, but because they lacked a guide.

We set out to change that. Headquartered in Hong Kong, we built a company that sits at the intersection of the world's leading AI technologies and the businesses that need them most. From day one, our mission has been navigation — helping organizations find the right path through an increasingly complex AI ecosystem, and walking that path with them.

Today we operate across more than 10 countries, with offices spanning Shenzhen, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan, Indonesia, and Cambodia. We've delivered over 30 AI projects across hospitality, gaming, government, education, and enterprise — and we're just getting started.

What drives us

What drives us

Four principles that shape how we work with every client, in every market.

Clarity over complexity

AI should make business simpler, not harder. We cut through the noise and give our clients a clear, confident path forward.

Client as buddy.

Partnership over transactions. We don't hand over a solution and walk away. We stay in it — through implementation, integration, and beyond.

Outcomes over activity

We measure our success by our clients' results. Not by deliverables, hours, or effort — by the growth, efficiency, and opportunity we unlock.

Global reach, local depth

We operate globally because AI opportunity is global. But we show up locally — with teams on the ground who understand the markets, cultures, and industries we serve.
